Refund Policy

At Monteccy, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and results for our clients. We understand the importance of meeting our agreed-upon objectives and the value of your investment in our services.

Partial Refunds

In the event that Monteccy is unable to complete the tasks as discussed and agreed upon with the client, we will issue a partial refund. This refund will be calculated as the total payment made by the client minus the amount paid to our team members. The exclusion of the employee fee from the refund acknowledges the essential role and the upfront costs of their contributions to the project.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, clients must:

  • Contact our customer service team within 1 week of the project's completion date, providing details of the unmet objectives and any relevant documentation.
  • Allow Monteccy 4-5 days to review the request and conduct an internal audit of the project deliverables against the agreed terms.
  • Upon approval of the refund request, Monteccy will process the refund within 1 week to the original method of payment.

Exclusions

Please note, refunds are only applicable for the specific deliverables outlined in our agreement that have not been met. Refunds do not cover additional costs outside of our control, including but not limited to third-party services not directly contracted by Monteccy.

Modifications

Monteccy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. We recommend clients review the policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
